In order to access the administrative side (a.k.a. the admin dashboard) you will have to be logged in and go through the main application.
Once logged in, you will find the
admin dashboard by clicking on the user profile tab on the bottom left-hand corner, this will open a left-side tab with the options to see your Orders, Account settings, Business details, Address book, Privacy settings and Admin dashboard.
If this is your first time entering the admin dashboard without a store. You will notice a dialogue that tells you to
create a store. This will take you to the store creation page labelled as Start selling your goods.
Upon submitting the information to create your store, you will be taken directly to the seller
onboarding page, inside the
admin dashboard where we will guide you through each of the steps necessary to launch your store so that potential buyers will be able to start doing business with you.
The first page is a welcome page to show our appreciation for your interest in participating on our marketplace and joining us on our mission to revolutionize the way brands and retailers work together. Making the B2B market more open and accessible for everyone.
In step 2, you will be asked to input your company details. The company ID is the numeric part of the VATIN (A value added tax identification number or VAT identification number).
While it is not necessary to fill in fields without the asterisk, the more information you provide the better informed the potential buyer will be and will more likely be willing to start doing business with you.
